The scene
The dinner date Latrell won at the charity auction, and the four minutes in which Tiffany
tries everything to end it. Latrell has thirty lines and spends them on compliments he can’t quite finish, comparisons involving Italian hills, and a discourse on oysters. Tiffany has twenty-one and spends them on athlete’s foot, a hangnail, and an order that runs from steak to sauerkraut without a breath. A waiter drifts through four times. The dog whines twice, with reason. This is the long one of the three White Chicks scenes on the site, and the most conversational.
The fun of it is that nothing works. Tiffany insults his free-throw percentage and his turnover ratio in a detailed, sincere takedown, and Latrell is moved to tears, because nobody has ever cared enough to check his stats. Then the scene descends into a contest of digestive noises that ends with him declaring they’ll get along fine. It’s a courtship where every repellent is read as a come-on. The rhythm is proper back-and-forth for most of its length, which is rarer in this film than you’d expect.

Performing it
Tiffany’s giant order is the trap: one line, long, and it has to land as a single defiant breath. Practise it. Her basketball critique is the other long stretch and wants the tone of a disappointed analyst, not a comedian. Latrell’s compliments stall on purpose, so leave the gaps in; the hesitation is the joke. Both characters have a lot of credited noises, slurps, grunts and worse, and you should make them without embarrassment or not at all. The waiter is four lines of pure professionalism, a nice palate cleanser. Two players is ideal, with the dialogue alternating cleanly for most of four minutes.
The dialogue is muted and everything else stays — the score, the room, the picture. You record each line over the silence and the scene plays back with you in the cast. How a dub is made · what the score measures.
