If you searched for a free Choicer Voicer, here's the straight answer first. The Choicer Voicer is a game by the indie developer YeahMaybe, sold on itch.io for $5 or more, for Windows and Linux. Its Dub Mode, where you voice over a scene, is what made it take off. The itch.io page and the developer's own website are the only official places to get it. The many sites offering to let you "play Choicer Voicer online free" aren't the game, and its developer has asked people not to use them.

Play your Dub Mode packs
If you've already got Choicer Voicer dub packs, Dub-Off can play them. The community has made thousands, most of them on GameBanana. Open the pack importer, drop in the pack's .zip exactly as you downloaded it, and your browser turns it into a scene. The importer reads .zip files only, so a pack that came as a .rar or .7z needs unpacking first, then its folder zipped back up. Press Play and you're choosing who voices whom. Playing it uploads nothing. If you'd like everyone to be able to play it, you can publish it to the library; the scene then credits the pack's author and links back to where the pack was published.
On a phone, a Mac or a Chromebook
Dub-Off is a web page, so it runs wherever a current browser does: Safari on an iPhone, Chrome on Android, and any desktop browser. Every playing screen is built for a phone first, microphone included. The built-in mic works fine, and headphones make the guide track easier to hear.
Online, with friends or strangers
Private Room: open a room, send the code, and up to five friends join you from their own phones or laptops, wherever they are. You vote on a scene, the characters are split between you, and everyone records live. Dub Roulette: press one button and get matched with somebody else who pressed it. Neither of you hears the other until the premiere. Mimic: the impression game, where a sound plays, every mic opens at once, and the takes play back one by one.
What you get at the end
The scene premieres with your voice in it, and the music, sound effects and picture stay exactly as they were. Every line gets a voice-match score for rhythm and timing. Is there a free version of The Choicer Voicer?
Not an official one. The Choicer Voicer costs $5 or more on itch.io, which also has a free "No Gameplay Demo" for testing your microphone before you buy.
