The scene
Luffy orders the World Government's flag shot down so that Robin will admit she wants to live. Forty-three lines over three and a half minutes across ten parts — Robin eleven, Spandam nine, Luffy and Usopp seven each, and a chorus of marines reacting to what has just happened.
Spandam's opening is a speech about the flag representing a hundred and seventy nations and the world itself. Usopp shoots it. The marines register that these pirates have just declared war on the world, and then the scene turns entirely inward: Luffy asking Robin to say what she wants, Robin unable to, flashbacks from Saul, and finally the line the whole arc is built on. Franky cries. Luffy says let's go.

Performing it
Two completely different halves and the join is the hard part. The first is big and declarative — Spandam pompous, Usopp theatrical, the marines aghast — and the second is almost entirely Robin crying. Six of Robin's eleven lines are written as crying, so whoever takes her is doing sustained emotional sound rather than dialogue, and the payoff line has to break through all of it. Luffy should be simple and loud; his tell me you wanna live
is a demand, not a plea. Ten parts makes this one of the better big-room scenes in the library.
