The scene
Deku fights Muscular with two broken arms to keep a child behind him. Forty-six lines over three and a half minutes across five parts — Deku eighteen, Kota twelve, Muscular eleven, Mandalay four, and a single line from All Might.
Kota spends the first half telling Deku to run, because the punch did not work last time and both his arms are already wrecked. Deku tells him it will be fine, and it is not. What turns the fight is Kota, who stops running and puts a stream of water into the villain's face. The last minute belongs to Mandalay, explaining to Kota who the Water Hose heroes were and why someone would risk their life for a stranger, until Kota finds the word for it himself.

Performing it
The percentage lines are the ones everyone waits for, so hold something back: the hundred percent early on should not sound like the million percent later. Deku is a lot of strained breath between shouts and the strain has to be audible, or the escalation has nothing to push against. Muscular is the biggest voice in the library — pure appetite, laughing through most of it. Kota starts shrill and frightened and ends almost whispering, and his last two lines are two words each and the emotional payoff of the whole pack. Mandalay is the only calm thing here and should stay calm.
The dialogue is muted and everything else stays — the score, the room, the picture. You record each line over the silence and the scene plays back with you in the cast. How a dub is made · what the score measures.
