The scene
Gohan comes back from the dead in the middle of the Buu fight, and nobody on the Lookout recognises him. Forty lines over three minutes with five parts — Piccolo, Gohan and Super Buu ten each, Goten and Trunks five apiece.
The first minute is entirely about a power level approaching from somewhere. Piccolo has never experienced anything like it and assumes a new enemy; Goten works out it is his brother before anyone else does. Then Gohan lands, asks what is happening, and finds out: everyone is dead, Buu ate them, and there is no Dende left to wish them back. Buu offers the detail that they were good, and that he turned them into chocolate. Gohan asks whether he wants to fight, and answers his own question.

Performing it
Piccolo carries the first half and it is all reaction — this is a character whose entire job here is to be astonished twice, first by the power and then by the boy. Play him tight and disbelieving rather than loud. Buu is almost entirely growls and breath until his two spoken lines, which should arrive as an unpleasant surprise; whoever takes him is doing sound design for three minutes and then a punchline. Gohan's last line is the whole pack — Fight you? No, I want to kill you
— and it works quietly. Goten and Trunks are short, easy parts for a full room.
