The scene
The car-boot argument from Toy Story 3, where Woody tries to convince his friends that Andy didn't throw them away. He fails. Woody has twenty of the forty-eight lines and spends them fighting a losing case against Jessie, Buzz, the Potato Heads, Hamm and Rex, each of whom has a piece of evidence: the trash bag, the curb, the word junk. Barbie, who has actually been given away by Molly, cries through seven lines and most of them are just sobs. Two minutes of an ensemble deciding to go to daycare.
The scene became a meme for Woody's exasperated insistence that they were headed for the attic, shouted twice, the second time with Jessie shouting back about the curb and Buzz shouting at them both. What makes it work as a dub is how many distinct voices are stacked in a small space: Mr Potato Head's sarcasm, Hamm's dry asides, Rex's cheerful obliviousness about daycare, Mrs Potato Head's hurt, and Barbie's escalating grief. Woody's grim description of daycare as a place for washed-up toys is the bleakest joke in the film.

Performing it
The title line is the trap: everyone screams it on the first appearance and has nothing left for the second. Woody says it calmly first, and only loses it when Mr Potato Head repeats the accusation. Then it's a three-way shout with Jessie and Buzz. Barbie's lines are labelled as crying, ugly crying and low crying, so those are sound work, not words. Rex wants relentless cheer. Hamm and Mr Potato Head are dry, so underplay them. Eight voices across two players means each of you carries four; give one Woody and Buzz, the other everyone else.
