The scene
Nappa asks to see what Kakarot is made of, Goku powers up, and Vegeta reads the scouter. Fifteen lines over eighty-six seconds, with Nappa carrying eight of them, Goku four, Vegeta two and Gohan a single line of disbelief at what his dad is doing.
Most of the pack is reaction rather than dialogue: powering-up roars, anxious breathing, a charge scream and a pain scream. The dialogue exists to set up one number. Vegeta's reading is the most quoted line in the franchise and possibly in dubbed anime generally, and it arrives barely a minute in, which leaves Nappa's disbelief and Goku's Kaioken to carry the back half.

Performing it
Four parts but wildly uneven — whoever takes Vegeta gets two lines and one of them is the reason anyone picked this scene, so the room should decide early who that is. Nappa does the heavy lifting and should start dismissive and end genuinely rattled. Goku's power-up is a sustained vocal effort, not a word, so take a breath before it. Gohan's one line is a child's line and works best small and awed against all the shouting. Save volume: if Nappa peaks at line two there is nothing left for nine thousand.
