The scene
Vegeta, beaten and lying down, has made his peace with being killed by a god of destruction — until Beerus slaps his wife. Seventeen of the twenty-six lines are Vegeta's; Bulma has four, Beerus three, and Goten and Trunks one each.
The first third is almost civil: Vegeta observes that being killed by a destroyer deity in battle is about as noble as it gets, and Beerus thanks him for understanding. Then Bulma, hosting a birthday party on a boat, tells Beerus to get off it. Vegeta's begging — do it to me, don't hurt her — doesn't work, and the scene ends on the line the whole clip is known for.

Performing it
Vegeta's arc here is short and steep: composed, then desperate, then wordless. Keep the opening exchange with Beerus genuinely calm and almost friendly — he means the compliment — because everything after it is louder. The begging should sound like a man who has never begged before and is bad at it. The final line is a scream with a name in it, so take a breath and give it the full length; it is the only reason most people know this scene. Bulma is the other good part: brisk, unbothered, and completely unaware of what she's talking to.
