What's the word?
The scene
Ten seconds, three lines, two kids. One spells out a word letter by letter, with the pride of someone who has practised. The other asks him what the word is. The answer is a completely different spread, delivered with the same pride and considerably more volume. That’s the whole clip, and it has outlived a thousand longer ones because the gap between the spelling and the answer is exactly the right size for a laugh.
As a dub it is the shortest scene on the site, which changes what you’re doing. There is no arc to manage and no character to build. Everything is in three deliveries: the careful spelling, the deadpan question, and the confident wrong answer. The Boy has two of the three lines and the Other Kid has the one that makes the joke work. You’ll probably do this one twenty times, and the twentieth will be funnier than the first.

Performing it
Spell slowly. The letters are the setup and the instinct is to rush them, but the payoff only lands if the audience has time to assemble the word. The question should be flat, a genuine query, not a feed line. Then the answer: loud, certain, and stretched on the last syllable. That’s the trap, because it’s easy to shout it before the beat is ready. Solo, it’s a great first scene to learn the app on. In a two-player room it splits almost perfectly, one spelling and answering, the other asking, and you can swap and retry in under a minute.
The dialogue is muted and everything else stays — the score, the room, the picture. You record each line over the silence and the scene plays back with you in the cast. How a dub is made · what the score measures.
