Performing it

The shortest scene in this batch and one of the easiest to land, because the two parts never have to modulate — Squidward is in pain and rising towards panic, SpongeBob is delighted throughout and never once notices. Pitch them far apart. Squidward's I threw out my baacccckkk wants the vowel stretched as long as your breath allows. The final scream should be bigger than anything before it. Thirty seconds makes this a good first solo, and a good warm-up before something longer.
