The scene
The Thug Tug. SpongeBob and Patrick wash up in the bathroom of a biker bar, have a bubble party over the sink, and one bubble drifts out into the room where the rule is posted: bubble-blowing babies get beaten senseless by every able-bodied patron. The bouncer, an enormous fish, lines everybody up and puts on the Goofy Goober theme, on the grounds that no baby can resist singing along. What follows is two minutes of SpongeBob and Patrick physically restraining themselves while the bar’s hardened regulars crack one by one.
The muscular fish has eighteen lines, every one of them shouted. SpongeBob and Patrick have eleven each, and most of theirs come in matched pairs: both call a bubble party, both laugh, both make goofy sounds, both breathe in at the same moment. The guests have seventeen lines between two groups, including reciting the rule in unison and a lot of frantic denial. The structure is giggling, then interrogation, then a sing-along nobody wants to win, and a punchline about a double baby.

Performing it
The bouncer is a sustained shout, eighteen lines at full volume, so pace your voice. SpongeBob and Patrick mirror each other, which makes this the perfect two-player room: each takes one and you both try not to sing the theme at the same instant. The goofy-goober lines are genuinely sung, and the whole bar joins for the chorus. The guests’ unison recital of the rule is the long one and a real mouthful. The cough is a line, and so is the panicked denial that follows it. Try the muscular fish as a very serious school principal.
