The scene
SpongeBob and Patrick go looking for Squidward in a town where everyone is Squidward. Twenty-three lines in a minute, spread across six parts — Squidward seven, SpongeBob six, Patrick three, and three separate Squidvillains sharing the rest.
The running gag is the question: are you Squidward? No. Are you Squidward? No. Patrick asks one of them and then tells him to take his time. Meanwhile the real Squidward is elsewhere, complaining that the town is a grievance and should be destroyed, or at least painted a different colour, until someone points out he could simply move — at which point he leaves, delighted. SpongeBob's closing line is that they know one thing: it sure isn't that guy.

Performing it
The joke depends on the Squidwards sounding like Squidward without being the Squidward, so if you have several players, get everyone doing the same nasal drawl and let the small differences do the comedy. Patrick's That's okay. Take your time
is the best line in the pack and should be delivered with total patience to someone who has already answered. The real Squidward's rant is the only sustained speech here and can go bigger than everything around it. Six parts in sixty seconds makes this an excellent room filler and a fun solo if you like doing one voice six ways.
