The scene
Five lines in Latin American Spanish, and one of them is a threat. A fish in the band complains that they might not sound so bad if certain people weren't trying to play with big meaty claws. Mr. Krabs — Don Cangrejo — asks him to repeat that.
He does, louder. Krabs points out that these claws aren't only for attracting mates. The fish's answer is the line the clip is known for: come closer, old man, come closer. Nineteen seconds, two voices, and it ends before anything happens.

Performing it
The shortest scene in the library and the easiest to fit in one take, which makes it a good first try. Everything is in the escalation across five lines: the complaint is muttered, the challenge is flat, the repeat is shouted. Don Cangrejo should stay quiet and reasonable throughout — the calmer he is, the more the threat about the claws lands. The final invitation wants real relish; the fish is enjoying this more than he should.
