The scene
The penguins are on strike and the monkeys are their union. Fourteen lines in Brazilian Portuguese: the captain has four, Marty three, and the rest are split between Mason, Gloria and two crowds of screaming monkeys.
Mason's position is that the plane doesn't get fixed until the demands are met, and the demand is maternity leave. The captain points out that they are male. Marty needs the plane for a rescue, Gloria threatens to sort everyone out herself, and the captain insists his hands are tied. Then Mason mentions something nobody would want circulating around the savannah, and the leave is granted immediately.

Performing it
The captain is the funniest part and should be played as genuinely put-upon management, not as a villain — his objection about the monkeys being male is sincere. Mason's blackmail line needs to land lightly, almost politely, because that's what makes the instant capitulation funny. The two monkey crowds are pure noise and are best given to a room; the celebration at the end should be much bigger than the screaming at the start. One line is written as an awkward silence, and it should genuinely be one.
The dialogue is muted and everything else stays — the score, the room, the picture. You record each line over the silence and the scene plays back with you in the cast. How a dub is made · what the score measures.
