The scene
Naomi Misora asks Light Yagami why he keeps staring at his watch, and the scene answers her. Ten of the sixteen lines are Light's, four hers, and two belong to a narrator who states, flatly, the date of her suicide. Performed in Russian.
Light's reply to the question is the point: the reason is that he is Kira. He says it plainly, in the middle of a normal conversation, and then asks where she's going. She says she has something to do. Eighty-seven seconds, and the narrator has already told you how it ends.

Performing it
The confession is not a boast — Light says it the way you'd give someone the time, and playing it as a villain reveal ruins it. Keep his voice level and helpful right through "Кира — это я", and let the pause after it do the work. Naomi should sound like someone whose brain is still catching up. The narrator's two lines are the coldest thing in the pack: no inflection at all, just a name and a date. Performed in Russian, but the delivery is what's being judged, not the accent.
The dialogue is muted and everything else stays — the score, the room, the picture. You record each line over the silence and the scene plays back with you in the cast. How a dub is made · what the score measures.
