The scene
A full working day on the scare floor, from Roz watching Wazowski to Waternoose asking about the damage. Thirty-two lines over three and a half minutes, spread across thirteen named parts — the largest cast in this batch by some distance.
Most of the roles are one or two lines: Needleman is excited, Celia reads a PA announcement, Pete Claws Ward and Bob Dentures Peterson each get a single roar. The scene's real business is Sulley and Randall competing, Mike cheerleading, Fungus being shouted at, and eight separate credited screams from children on the other side of the doors. It ends flatly and brilliantly — they might make quota today, for the first time in a month.

Performing it
This is the room-filler of the batch: thirteen parts means almost nobody is left out, and several of them are a single roar, which is a gentle way to bring in a nervous player. The eight kid screams are a part in themselves and genuinely tiring, so give them to someone who wants them. Mike's you're the big hairy boss

is the one big shout. Waternoose's closing two lines want to be dry and bureaucratic after all that noise. Solo this is thirteen voices in three minutes, which is a real test.
