The scene
Shifu runs up the mountain to tell Oogway that Tai Lung has escaped, and gets a lesson about peach trees instead. Fifty-eight lines split almost evenly — Shifu thirty, Oogway twenty-eight — across two and a half minutes that start as an emergency and end as a goodbye. Shifu wants a plan. Oogway wants him to stop believing he controls anything.
The pack keeps all the breathing: Shifu arrives panting, sighs, grunts as he kicks the tree, and counts Twice
and Thrice
under his breath like a man losing an argument he started. The peach-tree speech is the centre, and then Oogway says his time has come and is gone, which turns the whole calm routine retroactively into a farewell. Shifu's last word is Master!
into an empty courtyard.

Performing it
Two very different tempos, and that is the whole job. Shifu is fast, clipped and rising; Oogway is slow enough to be annoying, and should never once match Shifu's energy. The bracketed lines are real lines — the panting at the top, the sighs, the kiai as he strikes the tree — so do them properly rather than skipping to the dialogue. Twice
and Thrice
are throwaways and get the biggest laugh if you throw them away. Save something for the last thirty seconds: Oogway's You must believe
is the quietest line in the scene and has to be the one that lands.
