The scene
The giant chess match under Hogwarts, from the first film. Ron takes command the moment they understand the room, assigning Harry and Hermione their squares and taking the knight for himself. He has thirteen lines, most of them chess moves called out to the pieces; Harry and Hermione have five each. Harry works out too late what Ron's plan is. Ron's speech about why it has to be Harry who goes on is the emotional centre, then he calls his final move, is knocked from his horse, and Harry finishes the game.
The scene runs nearly five minutes and the dialogue is sparse, because most of it is stone pieces smashing each other. That gives it a very different texture from a talky scene: long silences, then a terse instruction, then silence again. Ron's development from anxious kid to the one giving orders happens almost entirely in how he says d5 and e4. Hermione's questions and Harry's protests are the only pushback he gets. It ends on a single word, checkmate, and a boy lying unconscious on the floor.

Performing it
The gaps are the challenge. There's a lot of waiting between lines, so keep an eye on the picture and don't wander off. Ron's chess calls should get more confident as the game goes on; the early ones are questions, the late ones are orders. His speech about Harry having to be the one is the long line and the one to rehearse, quiet and certain rather than brave. The screeching line is his scream when the queen hits him, so commit to it. Harry's checkmate is one word and closes the scene. Two players: Ron against the other two is the natural split.
