The scene
Hermione Granger introduces herself by correcting a stranger's spellwork. She's looking for Neville's toad, finds Ron mid-incantation instead, and demolishes him in about four sentences before fixing Harry's glasses to demonstrate how it's supposed to go. Ten of the sixteen lines are hers, Ron gets five, and Scabbers the rat has one screech.
Seventy-five seconds and almost all of it is Hermione being helpful in the least welcome way possible. Ron's spell — sunshine, daisies, butter mellow — earns "are you sure that's a real spell?", and hers earns itself. Then she recognises Harry, names herself, tells them both to change into their robes, and leaves on the observation that Ron has dirt on his nose.

Performing it
Hermione is fast and completely without malice, which is what makes her insufferable here — play the criticism as information she's pleased to share. The rhythm matters more than the accent: her sentences arrive fully formed, no hesitation, and the dirt-on-your-nose line should be an afterthought delivered on the way out. Ron's five lines are the funniest part of the pack to take seriously; give the rhyming spell real commitment so it's worse when it fails. Scabbers is one screech.
