The scene
Ned walks in on Peter climbing down from the ceiling, and that is the secret gone. Thirty-eight lines over two and a half minutes — Peter eighteen, Ned sixteen, and Aunt May four from the other side of the door, entirely about turkey meatloaf and Thai food.
The comedy is that Ned is not remotely interested in keeping quiet; he is interested in whether Peter is an Avenger, whether he can try the suit on, and whether the webs are magnets. Peter spends the scene trying to hold two conversations at once, one with his best friend and one with his aunt. The last exchange lands the joke the whole sequence was building: the Stark internship is this.

Performing it
A properly funny three-hander where the interruptions matter — May's four lines cut across the other two and should feel like they are coming from downstairs, unbothered and at the wrong moment. Ned is the engine: play him thrilled rather than shocked, firing questions faster than Peter can field them. Peter is on the back foot for the entire scene and should sound increasingly desperate; the plea about May not finding out is the one genuinely serious beat, so drop the comedy there for a moment.
