The scene
Shrek meets Fiona's parents, and it takes three minutes to go from a burp to a shouting match. It's the longest pack in the library at seventy-three lines: Shrek has twenty-one, Fiona eighteen, King Harold twelve, Donkey eleven, Queen Lillian nine, and the chef arrives twice to announce food nobody is going to eat.
The comedy is all in the small stuff before the fight — chewing, a burp, 'better out than in', Donkey turning up uninvited and asking for a bowl. Then Lillian mentions grandchildren and Harold chokes on his soup, and the two of them spend the rest of the scene finding new ways to insult each other's parenting. It ends with the entire table shouting one another's names, and Donkey shouting his own.

Performing it
The first third is nearly all noises — slurps, gulps, a burp, nervous laughter — and those are the lines people skip past. Don't; the scene only works if the small talk is genuinely uncomfortable first. Shrek should stay cheerful far longer than is reasonable, so 'my type!?' has somewhere to go. Harold is the one to give real venom, and Lillian the one to keep pleasant no matter what's happening. With five or six people in a room the name-shouting at the end runs itself; with fewer, whoever has Donkey should save something for the last line.
