The scene
SpongeBob attends Pearl's slumber party in disguise as a girl named, after some thought, Girly Teengirl. Pearl is not fooled for a second. Eighteen lines in forty seconds: Girly Teengirl has nine, Pearl seven, and Mr. Krabs and SpongeBob get one each at the end.
The whole scene is one bad lie collapsing in real time. 'My name is... um' is followed by the worst possible answer, and the follow-up — just moved here from far away vile — makes it worse. Pearl's 'uh huhhh' does most of the work, and once she names him it turns into screaming, crying and a promise to go back to far away vile. Then Krabs asks who that was, and SpongeBob answers without recognising himself.

Performing it
Girly Teengirl is a voice put on badly on purpose, which is harder than doing it well — pitch it up, then let it slip whenever the panic rises. The two 'um's are the joke, so leave real gaps in them. Pearl should play it deadpan and unimpressed rather than angry; the aggression only arrives on 'get him girl'. The last exchange is a two-line button and wants a complete change of energy, flat and offhand, from two people who have no idea what just happened.
The dialogue is muted and everything else stays — the score, the room, the picture. You record each line over the silence and the scene plays back with you in the cast. How a dub is made · what the score measures.
