The scene
The Infinity Castle fight, at the moment Akaza stops being sure of himself. Giyu is on the ground, barely breathing, and Akaza is offering him the same deal he offers everyone — give up your pride, become a demon. Akaza carries thirteen of the twenty lines, Giyu five in pained whispers, and Tanjiro exactly two, both of them shouted.
The turn is that Tanjiro announces himself. Giyu spends three lines urging him to strike from behind while Akaza hasn't noticed, and Tanjiro yells his intention instead. Akaza's confidence survives that — his destructive death compass reads fighting spirit, and the stronger the opponent the louder the needle — right up to the point where Tanjiro's fighting spirit disappears entirely and Akaza can no longer find him.

Performing it
Akaza has the words and the arc, and the arc is from certainty to panic. Keep the opening offer almost kind, then let the compass explanation get faster and more technical as he talks himself into calm, so the shocked breaths land as a genuine break. Giyu is all breath and urgency at low volume — he's whispering because he's dying, not for effect. Tanjiro's two lines are the loudest things in the pack, and the second one is a technique name: say it like an announcement, not a battle cry.
