The scene
Anna announces her engagement to a man she met that day, and by the end of the scene her sister has frozen a fountain and fled the kingdom. Sixty-three lines across eight parts: Anna and Elsa have twenty-three each, Hans four, and the rest go to the Duke of Weselton and a small crowd of villagers, one of them holding a baby.
The first half is a negotiation conducted entirely at cross purposes — Anna planning soup, roast and ice cream and twelve visiting brothers while Elsa tries to say no. It turns on "you can't marry a man you just met", escalates through what Anna knows about shutting people out, and breaks when Elsa loses her glove. After that it is a chase: the Duke shouting sorcery, villagers calling her their beautiful queen and then a monster, and Anna running after her.

Performing it
Anna is the engine of the first half and needs genuine momentum — she talks over her sister, so whoever plays her should keep going rather than waiting politely for gaps. Elsa is the harder part: her twenty-three lines are mostly attempts to interrupt, and the two that aren't ("then leave", "I said enough") should be quieter than everything around them. The villagers and the Duke turn on a sixpence from adoration to fear, which is the point of them, so don't blend the two halves. The baby has two lines, a giggle and a cry, and they're the ones that make the crowd feel real.
